Flout’s first formulations comprise a ‘Boundless Multi-Active Moisturiser’ and an ‘Own Time Restorative Hybrid Serum.’ “Built from the ground up in India, Flout combines global-grade science with local biological insight to deliver products that are both superior in efficacy and accessible in price,” announced the brand in a press release.

The business has filed one patent thus far and carried out multi-protocol in-vivo clinical trials. Flout’s products are designed and tested for Indian skin and the business aims to break into the country’s Rs 14.6 billion beauty industry and “fill a critical gap in the market.”

Targeting conditions such as barrier fragility, pigmentation, and environmental stress, Flout aims to simplify the skincare routine through multi-active products. The brand also rejects “anti-ageing” rhetoric in favour of “prolonging the ‘healthspan’ of skin,” it announced on its launch day, October 27.

Flout’s product tests have been registered in the Clinical Trials Registry India and formulations are developed from scratch and owned by the business. Flout also follows the EUs safety standards and has sourced advanced new polymers from Dow.
