Lanvin Group has finalised the sale of luxury Italian menswear label Caruso to MondeVita Italy, part of Mondevo Group.
The divestment aligns with Lanvin’s plan to concentrate on strengthening its core brands, while Mondevo will use the acquisition to expand its MondeVita lifestyle and luxury platform built around heritage-driven premium businesses.
